Ghost Camber Bar Blocks Are Custom Designed For Use With The Monster And/Or Monster Lite Versions Of Rogue’S Ghost Roller J-Cups 2.0. Sold In Pairs, These Solid Uhmw Blocks Provide Much Greater Stability When Racking A Cambered Barbell.

There Are Two Sizes Of Ghost Camber Bar Blocks To Choose From: One With A Larger Cup Intended Specifically For The 38Mm Rogue Cb-4 Bar, And A Smaller Model Made For The 32Mm Kabuki Strength Duffalo Bar. These Two Sizes Cannot Be Used Interchangeably.

The Key Advantage Of Using Ghost Camber Bar Blocks Is That They Can Articulate From The Flat, Horizontal Position To An Angled Position, Effectively Matching The Curve Of A Camber Bar And Preventing It From Rotating When Racked. They Can Also Help Keep The J-Cups Stable In The Vertical Position.

Important: These Blocks Are Only Compatible With Rogue’S Monster And Monster Lite Ghost Roller J-Cups 2.0. Each Size Of Block (Cb-4 Or Duffalo) Should Be Used Only With Its Designated Compatible Camber Bar.
