Attached To Any Monster Series Rig, Rack, Or Squat Stand, The Bar Holder’S 7-Inch Steel Storage Tube Will Work With Most Standard Olympic Barbells, Stabilizing The Bar Upright And Protecting Its Knurling From Unnecessary Wear And Tear.

The Mounting Plate On This Barbell Storage System Is Uniquely Designed To Give You The Option Of A Vertical Mount (Recommended On Racks And Rigs) Or Horizontal Mount (For Squat Stands). In Either Instance, The Single Bar Holder Should Be Mounted Only On The Exterior Of The Unit, And Never Directly Under The Area Reserved For Pull-Up Bar Use.
