The Comp Cable Is A Bare, Stainless Steel Rope Which Reduces Cable Weight And Increases Rpms—A Dream For Double Unders. The Swing Weight Is Very Low And Does Not Take Much Energy To Turn. Please Note: This Cable Is Recommended Only For Advanced Athletes, And It Will Leave A Mark If You Miss!
