C-70S Bar
Rackable Short Bar As Seen At The Crossfit Games
The 15Kg Rogue C-70S Barbell Is Essentially A “Shorty” Version Of Our 20Kg Ohio Bar And A Rackable Version Of Our Original C-70 Short Bar. Available Here With A Cerakote Shaft Finish And Chrome Sleeves, This Compact 72″ Design Can Benefit Anyone Training In Tight Quarters, Be It A Small Garage Gym Or Busy Training Facility, With Nearly 15″ Of Space-Saving Efficiency Versus A Full-Length Bar.
Like The Ohio Bar, The American-Made C-70S Features A 190,000 Psi Steel Shaft, Dual Knurl Marks, Quality Composite Bushings, And A Standard 52″ Of Spacing Between The Sleeves. The “S” In The Bar’S Name Stands For “Snatch,” As The Standard Sleeve Spacing Enables Athletes To Perform These And Other Movements That Would Typically Require A Full-Length Barbell For Proper Hand Placement. Case In Point, We Initially Developed This Style Of Bar For Snatch Events At The Crossfit Games, Where Compact Competition Lanes Required A Shorter Bar
As An Added Benefit Of Its Design, The C-70S Can Be Racked Conveniently On Most Standard Power Racks / Squat Stands. It Should Be Noted, Though, That The 8.875″ Of Loadable Sleeve Length Is Roughly Half That Of The Ohio Bar (16.4″) And Slightly Less Than The Original Non-Rackable C-70 Bar (12″). There Is No Center Knurl, And The Rogue Logo Is Included In The Center Of The Shaft As Part Of The Cerakote Finish.
